Fitting in with other members of every organisation I have worked in, as part of a group has always been very important to me. I believe that every organisation is just as good as it’s members and it is those members that define the organisation. Even though in many cases those individuals were my employees, I still felt like I was only a part of the whole process and not in any way its entirety. Being positive minded, determined, and highly innovative; provides me with the ability to fully integrate my efforts and ideas into my team, and to discover fresh perspectives to tackle all sort of challenges.
I stop at nothing to achieve excellence, and perfection; keeping in mind that it is the team that matters and not the individual. A team is only as strong as its weakest link. Therefore “Almost achieved is as good as not done at all, hence unacceptable”.
Challenges in life and work have never made me uncomfortable; I have experienced my share of success and failures, which I’d like to refer to as wisdom. I am now ready for the next challenge in life and the next step in my career.
