A Wide Range of Activities & a Number of Companies

Throughout my career (since 1999) I have learnt a great deal and gain a lot of experience in Strategic Decision Making and Business Development. Making Compromises to Achieve the Best Possible Outcome with limited resources has been an everyday challenge for me. 


Most of my experience has been in Managerial Seniority therefore, Leading a Team, Product Development, Strategic Planning, Branding, Global Marketing, International & Inter-company Cooperation are among the skills I have managed to gain.


Aug 1999 – Present: Newton Group, (London-UK, Istanbul-Turkey, & Tehran-Iran)

CEO of this Immigration, Global Student Recruitment and Placement Agency.

Managing Director and Co-Founder. This well-known Agency is One of Iran's First Student Recruitment Agencies Specialising in the Promotion of British Education. Newton Group is Currently Running Successfully by Taking Advantage of a Systematic Infrastructure that allows the Management Control and the Staff Collaboration Beyond Boarders.

 

I Started with Student Recruitment Promoting British Education Providers and Later Established My Own College Called Newton College. I have Always Tried to Think Ahead and Create Change in my Organisation. Despite all the Challenges of Working in a Country Like Iran Where Legislation Can Change Instantly, My Agency has Managed to Not Only Survive but to Flourish. I Believe These Challenges Have Given Me a Unique Ability to Cope with Change and Embrace Challenges Rather than to Be Discouraged by Them.

 

In 2017 I Started Collaborating with Turkish Property Developers and Promoted them to Clients Who Wanted to Move to Turkey or Simply to Invest there. My Agency Managed to Sell Over $10M of Properties in Istanbul since then. 

Mar 2019 – Dec 2020: Rhyton Jewels (London UK)

Founder of an Online-Based Fine Jewellery Brand.

Branding and Business Development Consultant. I was in charge of the Branding and Business Development. Defining Strategic Planning to Successfully Integrate into the Jewellery Market as a New Entrant, which Required Market Segmentation & Competitor Analysis.

 

By Targeting Women Between the Ages of 25 and 45, I Realised that Professional Female Buyers are Mostly Interested in Discrete and Practical Jewellery. Most of these Buyers are Not Interested in Large Very Sparkly and Expensive Items, But Instead They Look for Jewellery They Can Wear Every Day to Work and to Social Events. Therefore, I Concluded that any Piece of Jewellery Around £1,000 is Not Only Affordable for  Professional Women but Also More Desirable Leading to More Sales.

Feb 2019 – Nov 2020: Hera Jewellery (Hassanzadeh KTP Est. 1912)

Business Development Consultant at this successful Persian Fine Jewellery Wholesaler (net worth of over $100M).

I was the Business Development Consultant appointed to help Hera Integrate into the British Market. I was in charge of Planning, Market Segmentation, Defining Corporate Strategy, Market & Competitor Analysis, and finally to create a Comprehensive Business Plan. My Company Newton Group which is an Immigration Agency took care of the Stake Holders' Business Visas.

Feb 2014 – Aug 2020: Global British Petroleum (GBP)

Business Development Director at this Petrochemical & Crude Oil Trading Company Registered in England.

As the Business Development Director and a Co-Managing Director, I was in charge of Branding and Strategic Planning. The company has traded 50,000 MTs of products between 2018 and 2021. It is registered on various Oil By-products Stocks Exchange Entities within the Middle East. 


Since Early 2022 I have Started a Collaboration with One of Middle East's Most Technologically Advanced Manufacturer of Fire Safety Equipment. They wanted to Use My GBP Brand and Offered me %10 of the GBP Branded Production in Return. An Agreement was Signed and I managed to Turn an Opportunity into a Great Passive Steady Income.

Sep 2018 – Mar 2019: Simin Kala Soren (Iran)

Strategic Planning Director and the Branding Specialist at this Online Superstore with an Start-up Budget of $10M.

I was the Strategic Planning Director and the Branding Specialist of this project. I designed a Unique Hybrid Ordering System with its User Interface that would allow customers to order item using an App in Conjunction with a Clever Magazine. The items were categorised and subcategorised in a way to make it easier for customers to order items leading to sales increase of up to %400. As part of the project, I designed a similar system for a Whole Supermarket to fit in a Small Shop or even on a single Bill Board. 

Oct 2006 – Aug 2009: SBD Co. (Andimeshk, Iran)

Marketing Director & HR Consultant to the Managing Director of this 60,000 Tons Annual Capacity Dairy Products Plant.

In charge of Marketing and Human Resources. Also assisted the Managing Director with Engineering Processes and Production Design. 

Sep 2005 – Aug 2006: Penrose Corporation Ltd. (London UK)

Sales Manager at this International Trading Company.

I was the International Sale’s Manager Dealing with Orders and Generating Leads in regards to Exporting Industrial Equipment and Spare Parts to the Middle East. 

Sep 2003 – Aug 2005: Newton College London, (Oxford Street, London, UK)

Co-Founder and in charge of Student Recruitment and International Marketing of this Private Independent College.

I dealt with the Student Recruitment and the International Sales of British Education. Since I had an Immigration Agency I Decided to have my Own College to Accommodation the International Middle Eastern Students we were Recruiting since August 1999. The College Ran for Two Year after-which I Exited the Business and Took the Brand. My Partners Went on to Establishing a New Institution Called Albion College. The Reason for My Exit was the Sudden Legislation and Limitations Imposed by Tressa May Who was the Home Secretary at the Time Making Small Independant Colleges a Very Risky Business. My Exit was Very Calculated and On-time as Many Independant College went Bankrupt Shortly After.

Sep 2000 – Jul 2002: Broadwall Enterprises Ltd, (London, UK)

Part time Marketing Assistant at this Import and Export Company.

I was in charge of Carrying out marketing of Middle Eastern Industrial and Hand-Made Products within Europe and the UK. 

Many of the Positions and Jobs Overlap. This is because I have Never Done Just One Thing. I Have Always Been Engaged in More Than One Business at a Single Time.
